To keep our postal charges simple and transparent a flat charge of £2.95 is charged for postage and packaging to UK destinations. This means that orders will arrive in 2-3 days of dispatch using 2nd class standard delivery. On checkout there is an option to upgrade to first class postage for an additional 50p.
Our flat rate for European destinations is £10.00 including packaging. Delivery timescales can vary by country and therefore 10 days should be allowed for delivery.
Postage & Packaging – Rest of World (Zone 1 & Zone 2)
We currently do not ship outside of the UK and Europe.
Due to postal restrictions the above charges are based upon a maximum parcel weight of 2.0Kg (4.4lbs). Should your order exceed this weight we may contact you to see if you wish the order to be split or reduced in size.
Orders received will normally be dispatched within 24 hours and we endeavour to dispatch those received during the early part of the day, on the same day. You should receive a confirmation email that your order has been accepted and a further email once dispatched.
Orders should be received within the timescales quoted above however once dispatched delivery is outside of the control of Village Green Soaps.
We are certain you will be delighted with our products however should you feel the need to return any item you may return them within 7 working days of delivery. To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium (including email) within those 7 working days. However the Product must be unused and in good condition.
You will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 working days of receipt of Products back to us. Refunds will not be made until Product return. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Product to us. Insufficient postage will result in a deduction from the refund, however, in this event, you will be notified. Whilst in your possession you must keep any Product you intend to return to us in good condition.
we will, at our option, deliver to you a replacement Product or refund you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the Product.
